• The Elite Design and Promotions is in-charge with the creation, production, and dissemination of all promotions for all the events and activities of the Council. EDP Services include production and consultation services for promotional materials.
  • The COA Mail Team produces the COA Mail, a weekly email update which serves as a central promotional avenue for the different projects of organizations. It also contains announcements from LS groups, offices, and other external groups.
  • The COA Magazine serves to distribute information, news, and updates of the workings of the Council by means of a concrete product distributed to organization members.
  • The COA Website Team manages the online aspect of COA's information dissemination. Located at www.coacentral.com, recent news, articles and events concerning the various organizations under COA will be made accessible online.
  • The COA Documentation Team is tasked to produce, collate and centralize photographic or videographic documentation of Council-wide and Cluster-wide events. The team is also assigned in the official pictorials of the Council, now applied in the different Council campaigns and the other ExTeams and Council projects.
  • The Logistics Team — Reservation and Procurement (RAP), Processing of Evaluation and Attendance Sheets (PEAS) and Administrative Relations Team(ART) — is in-charge of proper implementation of services in the Council.
