• Coordinated Formation Seminars and Trainings for the CB, COR, and ExTeams – a series of formation activities strategically planned and calendared throughout the year to constantly train and equip council leaders with the skills and values necessary for their excellent performance in their field of leadership.
  • Evaluations and Monitoring System – Peer to peer evaluations, semester CB reports, individual consultations, and feedback sessions shall be implemented to monitor and evaluate the performance of council constituents.
  • Rewards and Empowerment Efforts – These activities shall boost the morale and affirm all the efforts of the council constituents.
