Finance Officer General Assemblies and Departmental Trainings - These assemblies, in coordination with the Training and Development Department, are designed to form a strong, collaborative network of organization finance officers and equip them with the necessary skills to perform their responsibilities more efficiently.
Marketing Seminars - These seminars aim to help all organizations with their respective marketing endeavors. These also aim to provide opportunities for collaboration between organizations who want to share their strengths with others.
Project Grant First Wave – May/June; Second Wave – September/October - to provide additional financial assistance to organizations and for the projects to have a greater impact to the community.
COA Financial Reports - The Office of the Finance Officer shall release financial reports once every two months to inform the stakeholders on the status of COA finances.
Black Book/ Resource Database - This database, in cooperation the Sanggunian, aims to provide project managers contact details of reliable suppliers and possible sponsors for their upcoming projects. It will be a continuous effort of the council to update this database to allow organizations to acquire the best and most affordable services available.
